The project
Payot Property handles the purchase and rental of high-end villas in Bali and Lombok, for foreign investors. Two websites coexisted, one for sales, one for rentals, each on its own platform.
With two addresses, two designs and two back offices, the agency was losing time and its brand image was getting diluted. It needed a single showcase for sales and rentals, polished enough for visitors to sense the high-end positioning from the homepage.
We merged the two sites under a warm, understated art direction. From a simple interface, the Payot team publishes its villas, sorts them by area and writes its articles, without coming back to us for every new property.
