Payot Property sells and rents architect-designed villas in Bali. We merged their two websites into a single high-end showcase, which their team updates on its own as new properties come in.
A wealthy buyer judges a real estate website in seconds.
The project
Payot Property handles the purchase and rental of exceptional villas in Bali and Lombok, for a clientele of foreign investors. Two websites coexisted, one for sales, one for rentals, each on its own platform.
Two addresses, two designs, two back offices: the agency was losing time and diluting its brand image. Everything had to come together in a single showcase, able to carry both sales and rentals, and polished enough to convey rarity before the first villa even appears.
We merged the two universes into a single showcase, under a warm, understated art direction that breathes high-end before the first villa. From a simple interface, the Payot team publishes its villas, sorts them by area and writes its articles, without coming back to us for every new property.
