Yes. Every section Sonho codes shows up in the Shopify theme editor. You change text and photos without touching the code, and you add products from the Shopify admin. That is how Grillé's team publishes each new puzzle book and reorders the home page for every release. Bobine's team keeps its own map of 38 stockists up to date. At handover, we train your team on these everyday tasks.

Adjustments are free for the 30 days after launch. Maintenance then continues on a monthly plan or job by job. The plan covers fixes and regular changes, such as a new section, an app to connect or an English version. It renews month to month and stops whenever you decide. We set its price after the call. Yes. We start with a code and SEO audit to see what to keep and what to rebuild. Yade Paris's store had already been through several agencies. After the audit, we improve it in small batches and keep the settings its team relies on. When the theme can no longer hold, we quote a redesign, like the one for Bleu Mon Jules, whose catalog and content were carried over without loss. Depending on your Shopify plan, the store handles B2B alongside retail sales, with company accounts, catalogs and prices for each customer, and 30-day payment terms. We configure these settings and design the B2B area in the brand's colors. On Pimo Care's store, prescribers have their own area, separate from the consumer journey, with a document library. Pimo Care's team updates those documents without going through Sonho.

Yes, from a single site. Shopify handles markets by country, each with its own currency, prices and language. Pimo Care's store sells in France and Switzerland from one site. For Yade Paris, we added an English version to the existing store. Charmant Studio, the brand Sonho launched, runs its catalog in French and English. We set up each market before launch.

You do. At Sonho, the store, the domain name and the theme code are in your name from day one. On Shopify, the theme code is stored inside the store itself. If the account is in your name, you can duplicate or download the theme from the admin without asking anyone. The catch is when the Shopify account was opened in an agency's name. You then need to request a store ownership transfer, which Shopify provides for.
