The project
Yade Paris creates lingerie and shapewear, sold through its Shopify store that the team runs day to day. The brand wasn't looking for a redesign, but for a long-term technical partner.
The store had already been through several agencies, and every intervention risked overwriting the work of the in-house team. The point wasn't to rebuild everything, but to move forward in small touches, without breaking what existed or blocking ongoing sales.
We started with a code and SEO audit, shared unfiltered. Then improvements in small batches behind a safeguard that protects the team's settings: new features, an English version, fixes. A check-in every week, a channel always open.
